Kanev

Kanev is one of the oldest towns in the Ukraine. According to the chronicles, it was founded in the 11th century during the reign of prince Yaroslav the Wise. Twelfth-century chronicles mention Kanev as a reliable stronghold on the southern borders of Kievan Russ.

kherson

Kherson

Approximately 60 miles from the Black Sea, Kherson was built in 1778 by Catherine the Great as a fortress where Zaporizhzhya Cossacks fought against the Tatars and Turks. Tourists can make a picturesque boat trip to the Dnipro Delta, docking at a small fishing village for a picnic lunch served by local chefs.

zaporozhye

Zaporozhye (also Zaporizhzha)

City tour, including: Lenin Avenue — the main street of Zaporizhye; The October Square; The Festival Square — the administrative center of the town; The Lenin Square; Panorama of town and Khortitsa Island — the biggest island of the Dnieper. Historical place relating to Cossack developing. You will visit the Museum of the Cossack history, where you will see exhibits dated 16-17 centuries.
