COVID-19 Statement

Dear Colleagues and Customers,

We entirely understand all the concerns regarding the health related matters that arise now - because of COVID-19. However we would like to reinforce our commitment to all our customers and partners.

Our River Cruises are seasonal, so all our ships stayed docked without people during late autumn and winter. They are being prepared for the cruise season now – with all the precautionary measures possible.

At the moment the Government of Russia and the Government of Ukraine are enforcing strict virus protocols in both of the countries. What matters, both of the countries have a very few diseased persons and their disease occurs in a mild form.

We trust that the current health emergency will be resolved before our 2020 season begins, and that we will operate the season normally. However, our primary concern is always the safety of our travelers.

In case IRC and ORTCC have to cancel any of their voyages, we’ll be either offering any of our future departures for re-accommodation or we’ll be issuing a full refund (cruise only, less possible bank charges).

In case a traveler is unable to join the cruise due to government restrictions, virus-related medical reasons IRC will re-accommodate the guest on a future voyage of 2020 or 2021 seasons.

Additionally, we will review this policy monthly, and issue any updates as needed.

All of us do face many difficulties in these times – but we strongly hope that everyone stays safe and healthy.
